Description:
2008. Similar to Purple Chair & Black Pants, Self Portrait in the Studio incorporates the same process originally derived from my sculpture where each stroke is individually mixed and sporadically placed around the canvas to reveal the painting in it's entirety. The obvious difference being that the strokes on this canvas are more expressionistic with a sense of urgency. This painting comes unframed and with no mountings.
